I learned this traditional Spanish tune when I was a young girl traveling and singing with an Estudiantina group. It is sung all over Spain and Mexico and I have heard many different arrangements. I have always loved the melody and decided to record it with a bit of an Estudiantina influence on mandolin and tambourine.
